Three stages, from applying to working as a licensed agent.
You apply, complete a video assessment, and meet a hiring manager on our team. If it's a match, we place you with a client agency.
If you need a license, you complete pre-licensing and take your state exam.
Once you're licensed, the agency you joined leads your training and onboarding.
Every recruiter, licensing coordinator and operations lead you'll work with is named on our About page, with a photo.
Our goal is for candidates to finish pre-licensing in under 10 days. From there, the goal is to take your state exam promptly and pass on your first attempt.
You purchase your pre-licensing course through XCEL. The license you earn belongs to you.
You won't go through licensing alone. HSS or your agency's management team will help guide you through the process.
The opportunities we recruit for are remote.
These are 1099 independent contractor opportunities.
Compensation is generally commission-based and varies by agency and role.
